Talitha Koum receives Planning Permission

A Suffolk farm is an ideal place, enabling the students, as they are known, to leave the past behind them and harness the peace and quiet of the countryside. They will grow produce, selling the surplus, be taught new life skills, and receive expert help in learning to beat their addictions and making the most of their lives.
